Tiffany’s personal journey of healing from trauma inspired her to transition from a career in business to a helping profession. She understands the weight of unhealed trauma and is committed to helping clients break free from its grip. Her goal is to empower individuals to embrace a balanced, faith-centered life, informed by trauma-sensitive approaches.
When not counseling, Tiffany finds solace in Arizona’s beautiful desert landscapes and the great outdoors. She believes that serving others, prayerful contemplation, and immersion in nature can deepen our connection with God and remind us of His presence and provision. Tiffany works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, incorporating multiple evidence-based interventions to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs.
Tiffany will be under the supervision of Theresa Hay, MS LPC, NCC, who is a board approved Clinical Supervisor in the State of Arizona.
Tiffany will be seeing clients at our Anthem location on Sundays from 12-7PM and Wednesdays from 12-7:00 PM. She will be in our Metro Center office on Tuesdays from 11-6 PM. You may reach out to Tiffany at her email address: tiffany@
