Sarah has lived most of her life in Arizona; residing in Prescott the last 26 years. She received her BSW from ASU IN 1980, and started working in Criminal Justice. A few years later, she transitioned her focus to the medical field. In the last 34 years, she has specialized in ophthalmology, neurology, and for the last 17 years, family practice.
Sarah participates in many volunteer opportunities such as working in the gift shop at the Prescott Highland Nature Center and being a committee member of the Arizona Cowboy Poet Gathering. She is also very active in her local church. In her free time, she enjoys yard work, reading, crafts, and the many hiking trails in Prescott. Her many blessings come from her daughter, Laurina, who is an ICU nurse in Manhattan, NY, extended family, long time friendships, and loyal pup, Ivy.
