Naomi Holte - Intern

Naomi Holte is a master’s level intern working toward a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, scheduled to graduate in December of 2026. She graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education from Bethel University and has always had a passion for supporting others through life’s challenges.

Naomi integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary framework in her counseling, along with other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She combines these practices with a strong foundation in Christian faith and values, striving to create a safe and compassionate space where clients feel seen and understood. Her heart for counseling is grounded in the promise of 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” She is committed to walking alongside individuals and couples as they work toward healing, growth, and hope.

Outside of counseling, Naomi enjoys life with her husband and three children. She loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events, going on family walks with their dog, and spending quality time together outdoors. Her heart for people is rooted in her belief that God brings restoration and purpose even in life’s most difficult seasons.

Naomi is receiving training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is currently working under the direct supervision of Susan Panos, M.Ed, LPC, an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
