Marian C. Eberly, LCSW, RN
Marian is a dually licensed clinician providing a unique blend of compassionate and highly experienced mental and behavioral health care. She brings 30 years of inpatient, outpatient, and leadership experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Marian integrates psychological, medical, and spiritual needs with a specialized understanding of pharmacology, nutrition, and medical conditions co-occurring with mental health disorders.
Her evidence-based practice includes competencies in Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1, anxiety and depressive disorders, OCD, ADHD, trauma, parenting, and eating disorders—particularly in children, teens, and young adults.
Marian believes counseling is about “connecting the dots” with people rather than for them, equipping them to become more effective in life. She also believes that faith and science can coexist effectively in treatment. By building trusting, caring relationships and utilizing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment focused on skill-building, her clients show meaningful improvement. Clients appreciate her integration of supportive Biblical understanding and spiritual care through the perspective of Jesus’s teachings. Marian provides an inclusive approach to counseling, welcoming individuals of all faith backgrounds, as well as those with no faith background.
In her practice, Marian works collaboratively with clients to create goals based on their unique needs, helping them navigate relationship challenges related to ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and depression. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients change negative or intrusive thinking patterns, which in turn improves how they feel and act. She also incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to increase emotional awareness and teach mindfulness skills.
