Lucy Qualls is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2004 and her Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University West in 2005. Lucy has provided counseling services in Arizona for the past 18 yrs. Early in her career she provided group and individual counseling for adults and adolescents in the community behavioral health system. Her passion for trauma work grew over the years and she completed EMDR training with EMDR HAP in 2010. In 2011 felt led to begin counseling at Lewis State Prison in Buckeye Arizona. She has found working with the inmates life changing, strengthening her insight into the Lord’s heart for the wounded and broken.
Lucy is an approved clinical supervisor for AZ BBHE. She has provided supervision for numerous LCSW candidates during her career with AZ Department of Corrections. She has been a faithful member of the counseling ministry at her church, facilitating trauma groups and providing individual and couples counseling for the past 16 years.
