Jessica is a master’s level intern working on a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Health with an Emphasis in Trauma from Grand Canyon University in 2019. Jessica has a history working in behavioral health crisis hospitals with adults. She is also an active volunteer in the children’s nursery at her church.
Jessica is an Arizona native and currently lives in Surprise with her husband and three children. She placed her faith and trust in the Lord at a young age, through life experiences she believes it has only brought her closer to God and strengthen her relationship with Him. Jessica felt lead to the counseling field through her life experiences and hardships. Jessica believes with Christ she can help others work through their struggles. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Jessica has a passion for trauma and believes in identifying the root causes of symptoms. She is currently in training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jessica is working under the direct supervision of Susan Panos, M.Ed., LPC, who is an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
I am able to meet with clients either online via telehealth or in person at my office.
