Jessica Frost MS, LAC

Jessica Frost is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University as of 2023. Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Health with an Emphasis in Trauma from Grand Canyon University in 2019. Jessica completed her internship at Christian Counseling Services and has a history working in
behavioral health crisis hospitals with adults. She is also an active volunteer in the children’s nursery at her church.

Jessica is an Arizona native and currently lives in Surprise with her husband and three children. She placed her faith and trust in the Lord at a young age, through life experiences she believes it has only brought her closer to God and strengthen her relationship with Him. Jessica believes God opened the door to her counseling career and has given her the passion for helping others. She believes with Christ help she can help others work through their struggles. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Jessica has a passion for trauma and is currently trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is working under the direct supervision of Susan Panos, M.Ed., LPC, who is an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
