Jessica Frost is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Health with an Emphasis in Trauma from the same institution (2019). Her professional experience includes working in behavioral health crisis hospitals with adults and providing support to transitional age youth.
In addition, Jessica is dedicated to her community, volunteering in the children’s nursery at her church. A native of Arizona, Jessica resides in Surprise with her husband and four children. Her faith has been a guiding force in her life, and she believes that her relationship with God has deepened through her experiences, ultimately leading her to a fulfilling career in counseling. She sees her vocation as a calling and is passionate about helping others navigate and heal from trauma.
Specializing in trauma, Jessica is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is currently under the direct supervision of Susan Panos, M.Ed., LPC, an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
