Qualifications, Background & Experience

Claudia (Chloe) Cooper, LPC, LISAC is a trauma-focused and EMDR trained therapist. She has worked with adult and adolescent individuals, couples, and families on a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions both substance and process (gambling, shopping, eating). She works with those who have early childhood developmental trauma that impacts present thoughts and behaviors. Her spirituality has been a major component of her own recovery and she works with clients to integrate spiritual aspects of their journey into their mental health healing to gain hope through finding their sense of inherent value, purpose, presence, and authenticity. She also enjoys sharing her passion for counseling with those seeking training and who need supervision.

Chloe grew up in Pennsylvania and is a Penn State University undergraduate. She worked in technology in Texas and Washington, before coming to Scottsdale, Arizona. Chloe found her passion as a counselor by working through her own issues by participating in 12-Step Recovery groups as well as her own personal counseling. She is a life-long learner with additional training in Biblical Studies and Naturopathy. She and her husband enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and real estate investing.
