Nathaniel Tobias Miller works with adults and families who are seeking lasting change—not just relief from symptoms, but a deeper understanding of the roots of their struggles. He primarily uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and resolve trauma, while integrating biblically grounded narrative and reality therapy to support meaning, direction, and personal responsibility.
Nathaniel helps clients navigate challenges such as trauma, anger, behavioral addictions, relationship strain, career confusion, and chronic stress, with the goal of lasting and meaningful change.
He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Grand Canyon University and is working toward licensure. Nathaniel has seven years of experience in behavioral health and education, supporting students with special needs, and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University. He is also a Registered Behavioral Technician.
Growing up in a family of eight children, Nathaniel has a firsthand understanding of the complexity of family dynamics and relationships. In his free time, he enjoys illustration, piano composition, creative writing, baking, and antiquing with his wife.
Nathaniel is under the supervision of Ben Dickerson, an AZBBHE-approved clinical supervisor.
