Tiffany is a master’s level intern working toward a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Born and raised in Arizona, she attended Xavier College Preparatory and Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Tiffany was active for several years as an artist and art teacher, offering classes at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and valley schools. She also served as a milieu counselor to clients transitioning from the Arizona State Hospital.
When a series of traumatic events left her in chronic pain, Tiffany found temporary relief in yoga and meditation. She went on to study and teach at retreat centers in India and California until she became a mother. Following a season of deep loss, Tiffany shifted her focus to her personal relationship with Jesus, who set her free from the pain that had plagued her. The compassionate care she received in her church community and in grief counseling inspired her to return to the field.
As a trauma-informed therapist, Tiffany will work with you to address the root cause of any presenting symptoms while highlighting your strengths and gifts in a warm and caring space. Tiffany is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is under the direct supervision of Elijah Steinbrecher, LMFT, who is an approved Clinical Supervisor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
Tiffany works out of the North Scottsdale office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. She can be contacted at
